Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in a STEM field with hands-on experience per education path.
- Experience designing scalable back-end systems and services.
- Strong Python/SQL and AI tooling experience for workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable back-end software powering analytics products.
- Build and maintain robust back-end systems for high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and ML partners to translate requirements into solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure quality and maintainability.
- Develop unit and end-to-end tests for reliability.
- Evaluate new tools to improve the stack.
- Own critical back-end components with strong technical judgment.
