Stash is seeking a backend engineer to help build and maintain our Core Banking System. You will design and optimize backend services using Go or Rails, focusing on asynchronous architectures and data integrity across our fintech stack.

You will collaborate with the Accounts Team in a hybrid NYC setup, contributing to scalable, secure banking infrastructure while leveraging AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery.
