Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in backend or distributed systems.
• Strong programming experience in Kotlin, Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of system design, APIs, concurrency, networking, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and operating scalable cloud-native services (AWS preferred).
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems with strong reliability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services powering reporting and data workflows.
• Drive architectural decisions across distributed systems, APIs, and storage layers.
• Lead technical initiatives focused on scalability, performance, reliability, and observability.
