Affirm is seeking an experienced backend leader to develop and scale data platforms supporting real-time loan origination and reporting. You will mentor engineers and partner with product and design teams to tackle complex technical challenges.

Required is 4+ years in backend systems with Python or Kotlin, plus expertise in distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes. You will drive scalable data pipelines with Spark or Airflow and hold quarterly goals.
