Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a senior backend engineer to own the radiology-focused platform's data ingestion, warehousing, and model inference infrastructure on AWS. You will ensure reliability, observability, and scalable deployments, while collaborating with ML teams on evolving pipelines.

The role requires 5+ years in backend/data infrastructure, proficiency in Go/Python/Java, and experience with HIPAA-compliant systems. On-site in San Francisco, visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering, data infrastructure, or distributed systems experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java, with hands-on AWS experience.
• Deep knowledge of large-scale data pipelines, warehouses or data lakes, and schema evolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend infrastructure for data ingestion, warehousing, and distributed model inference on AWS.
• Own reliability, observability, debugging, and capacity planning across the stack.
• Build CI/CD and deployment automation for fast, safe releases.
• Design systems handling HIPAA data with encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
• Partner with ML team on infrastructure and model inference pipelines.
