Oxbridge Health is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the design and implementation of large-scale, serverless backend services on AWS using Python and modern data stores. You will own systems end-to-end from design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in a healthcare context.

You will collaborate with analytics, product, and operations teams to build data pipelines, APIs, and event-driven workflows, while mentoring engineers and driving CI/CD, IaC, and security.

Qualificações

• 7+ years backend engineering experience.
• Expert-level AWS serverless proficiency.
• Strong Python engineering fundamentals and TDD.
• Deep understanding of high-scale distributed systems and observability.
• Experience building B2C and B2B systems serving large volumes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build large-scale, serverless systems on AWS.
• Architect durable, fault-tolerant workflows for critical healthcare processes.
• Develop backend APIs for B2C and B2B integrations.
• Implement secure data flows in HIPAA-aligned environments.
• Own end-to-end delivery: design, test, deploy, monitor.
