Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance eligible for CI poly.
- 9–13 years backend development experience.
- Expert proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and/or Python.
- Leadership in DevSecOps adoption and Agile/SAFe.
- Advanced AWS architecture and container deployment.
- Geo-spatial systems experience and enterprise integration.
- Ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex tech assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise backend services.
- Architect secure DevSecOps pipelines and automated testing.
- Migrate, scale, and modernize applications in AWS.
- Drive geospatial solution integration across apps.
- Define technical standards and coding guidelines.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
- Support proposals, white papers, and client briefings.
