Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend) to advance WorkPro's backend services, APIs, and data architecture. The role combines hands-on C#/.NET with backend design, plus contributing-level Angular tasks.

You will join a small team reporting to a Principal Developer, balancing legacy C# work with new service delivery. This 6-month contract to hire location allows hybrid or remote work, with Houston, TX preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development, with backend/API focus.
• Strong hands-on with C#, .NET and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST APIs for service orders, dispatch, billing, and asset management.
• Design SQL Server data models, stored procedures, and queries for core modules.
• Build integrations to enterprise systems (Dynamics 365, Coupa, Trackunit, Power Automate/Logic Apps).
• Maintain legacy C# code while delivering new services and APIs.
• Document APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger and versioned contracts.
• Own workflow automation and operational reporting.
• Ensure API performance, security, and reliability.
