Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend) to support WorkPro, a comprehensive internal Operations, Dispatch, Asset Management, and Field Service platform. You will own backend features, APIs, and data architecture while contributing to front-end components as needed.

The role emphasizes building scalable services, maintaining legacy C# code, and collaborating with a small product team in a hybrid remote environment with Houston, TX preference.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, focused on backend/API development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET and building production-grade REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST APIs for WorkPro modules (operations, dispatch, asset management).
• Design SQL Server data models, procedures, and queries powering core modules.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (Dynamics 365, Coupa, Trackunit, Power Automate/Logic Apps).
• Own backend features end-to-end from development to production deployment; participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
