Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a large-scale platform for situational awareness. You will work with developers, designers, and users to implement new features, focusing on APIs, external integrations, and data management.

You will help scale high-performance data pipelines and support transitions for government and industry users. Based in our Herndon office, you’ll contribute to cutting-edge libraries and cloud-based solutions, collaborating across teams to

Qualifications

4+ years backend development experience with API and data pipelines.
Golang fluency including packaging and testing.
Willingness to travel 10-15% CONUS/OCONUS.
Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Help develop, version, and maintain our application and manage the code base.
Shape the operationalization and transition to government and industry users.
Develop new features per emerging user needs.
Collaborate on the creation and integration of new data sources, user workflows, and long-term solutions for scaling and other software concerns.
Collaborate on the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge libraries and technologies.
Partner with other developers on cloudification, containerization, and productization of the application.
Engage with peers to review solutions and help ensure our team delivers maintainable and extensible solutions.
