This role combines hands-on coding with field feedback to influence product direction and ensure scalable deployments. You will work directly with customers, refine prompts for AI-driven processes, and collaborate with product and engineering to shape practical solutions in

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong command of TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven systems, including tuning agent behavior and workflow logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for customer implementations, integrations, and workflow builds; owning projects from scoping through production rollout.
• Architect and build workflows that encode real customer processes, integrating with their systems and adapting to edge cases.
• Develop core platform components and integration tooling to standardize patterns and scale deployments.
• Navigate complex environments, fragmented data, and real-world constraints to design practical solutions.
• Provide field insight to product and engineering to shape the roadmap with customer feedback.
• Travel 20–30% to customer sites and work in-person from our Chicago office.
