Ideal candidates have 3-6+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and AI systems.

You'll ensure our AI agents perform effectively while collaborating closely with operators. The role involves travel and hands-on interaction to solve complex problems immediately and improves future deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex systems.
• Strong command of TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping to production rollout.
• Work directly with customer operators to understand workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in the field.
