Job summary

CyberCare AI Labs in the United States is seeking a Mid-Senior Backend Developer with 3–5+ years building backend systems using Python, Go, or .NET. You will design scalable APIs and microservices, integrate with AI agents, and help shape product decisions with engineering leadership.

You will work in a hybrid setup with an office and remote options, enjoy freedom and ownership, and contribute to AI-powered customer care solutions for global brands.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience building backend systems using languages such as Python, Go or .NET.
• Experience with modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Gin or ASP.NET).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code practices.
• Proven track record of building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up.
• Expertise with SQL and databases, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with chatbots, NLP, and ML is a strong plus.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to architect innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend systems.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that facilitate communication between AI agents and other system components.
• Lead technical discussions, estimate and plan key milestone deliverables with peers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics to improve our products.
• Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible.
