CI&T is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and scale high-performance backend services that integrate AI capabilities into distributed systems. The role focuses on Go and Python, microservices, and LLM tooling to enable AI-powered workflows.

You will work with Azure cloud services, Redis caching, and SAP/ERP integrations while ensuring reliability and scalability in modern applications for US-based clients.

Formación

• Experience designing and building scalable backend services using Go and Python.
• Proficiency with microservices, event-driven patterns, and distributed caching.
• Hands-on integration with SAP/ERP systems and Azure cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go and Python.
• Integrate AI capabilities, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and tool calling into backend workflows.
• Leverage Azure to deploy, monitor, and optimize high-performance services.
