Qualifications

4–7 years backend development experience.
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript and Python.
Experience with SQL and large datasets.
Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with data pipelines or distributed systems.
Experience with AI-enabled automation or agentic workflow systems.
Experience writing automated tests for backend services.

Responsibilities

Design and build backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows.
Work with Snowflake, MongoDB, and large datasets.
Improve reliability and performance of data processing systems.
Build and maintain automation infrastructure that supports data and platform operations.
Write unit and integration tests for backend services and workflows.
Collaborate with analysts and product teams to translate complex workflows into scalable systems.
Drive the next generation of automation across the platform with AI-driven workflows.
