Job summary

Acceler8 Talent partners with a fast-growing AI company building expert reasoning and data infrastructure used by frontier AI labs to improve models. The role offers high ownership and the chance to shape core platform infrastructure from the ground up.

You'll architect high-throughput data pipelines, design Python-based backend systems, and own projects end‑to‑end from architecture to deployment, collaborating directly with the founding team in a fast-paced, low-process environment.

Qualifications

• Strong backend or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience shipping production systems.
• Top CS background preferred.
• Experience with AI infrastructure valued.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-throughput data pipelines.
• Build data-capture workflows across web and desktop.
• Design backend and platform infrastructure in Python.
• Work with distributed systems, queues, caching and search infrastructure.
• Build production systems across cloud environments.
• Own projects end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with founders to define technical direction and ship quickly.
