Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our fast-growing team building AI-powered business intelligence solutions. You will design and scale backend systems, build large-scale data pipelines, and develop backend apps using Python and TypeScript in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Requires a BS in a technical field, 4+ years of backend experience, US work authorization, and willingness to relocate to or work from the Bay Area/San Mateo.

• Experience working in a strong engineering-focused technology environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to work in the Bay Area or relocate to the San Mateo area.

Work Schedule

Hybrid: Minimum 4 days in the office in San Mateo, CA, with the remaining workday remote.

The role is designed for a highly collaborative engineering environment where team members work closely with product and technical leadership.

Compensation

$250,000-$300,000 per year + competitive equity.

Visa sponsorship may be considered on a case-by-case basis, including TN visas and eligible H-1B transfers.
