Ennovate Era LLP (OGPM Group) is seeking a Senior Backend Developer with Tech Lead responsibilities. You will design scalable backend systems using Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, own data modeling, and drive performance, security, and reliability for enterprise-grade CRM/ERP workloads in a remote Noida-based setup.

You will lead development teams, review code, guide architecture decisions, and ensure smooth deployment and production operations, collaborating across departments to translate

Qualifications

• 6–11 years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL and microservices.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or data-intensive applications.
• Understanding of relational database design and data workflows.
• Experience leading teams as a Senior Engineer.
• Working knowledge of React.js and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Role & responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems using Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
• Own data modeling, schema design, and structured data movement across multiple relational tables.
• Review and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure best practices in API design, security, logging, and error handling.
• Act as Tech Lead for development teams.
• Review code developed by Team
• Guide developers on implementation, design patterns, and code quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Support deployment, release planning, and production issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 11 years of experience in backend development
• Strong expertise in Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL and Microservices
• Experience on Agentic Coding
• Experience working on CRM / ERP or data-intensive applications
• Strong understanding of Relational database design, Complex joins and data workflows
• Prior experience as a Senior Engineer leading teams
• Working knowledge of React.js, cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
