FMNE Insurance is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Backend) to join our IT team in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will lead design, development, testing, and maintenance on the Guidewire Cloud platform using Java/Gosu, .NET, and modern web technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience with the Guidewire platform and Java/Gosu.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Guidewire Cloud Developer Certification is required.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire Platform implementation and customization.
• Design Gosu-based rules, data models, and integrations.
• Develop on Java/Gosu, .NET, and related technologies.
• Ensure security, compliance, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Mentor Software Developers and share best practices.
