Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend or mainframe automation.
• Hands-on experience with IBM HATS CLI for mainframe automation.
• Proficiency in Java and scripting languages (Python, Shell) for CLI-based automation.
• Experience with Robot Framework and metadata-driven test suite generation using YAML/JSON.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend automation scripts using IBM HATS CLI.
• Build reusable libraries for secure shell (SSH) access and CLI-based interaction.
• Integrate backend validation into the Robot Framework.
• Automate batch job output validation across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate backend test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
