Job summary

eNZeTi is seeking an infrastructure architect to build and scale the backend systems powering our legal-intake platform. You will design APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with GoHighLevel, Twilio, Clio, and other platforms, ensuring reliability at scale.

You will mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and own the reliability posture of the system as we move from hundreds to tens of thousands of law firm seats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend engineering experience in Python or Node.js.
• Experience API integration with telephony platforms (Twilio; SIP preferred).
• In-depth production experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS.
• Proven track record shipping systems with real SLAs.
• Strong observability, incident response, and reliability focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build RESTful APIs and internal services in Python and Node.js.
• Integrate with GoHighLevel, Twilio, Clio, and other legal PM platforms.
• Build and maintain real-time data pipelines for call analytics.
• Own backend performance, security, and uptime SLAs.
• Design the database schema and query architecture for call-level analytics at scale.
• Mentor junior engineers and set engineering standards.
• Build developer tooling and internal services to accelerate the team.
• Lead incident response and own the platform's reliability posture.
