Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Senior Software Engineer: Platform to design and scale the foundational APIs and backend services powering its Risk Cloud platform. You will tackle bottlenecks, optimize cloud data stores, and ensure high-availability multi-tenant reliability in a Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS ecosystem.

You will lead technical design reviews, mentor engineers, and elevate coding standards while advancing AI tooling and automation across squads.

Qualifications

• Deep commitment to modern testing practices across the testing pyramid.
• Proven ability to design and operate high-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on with JVM languages (Java/Kotlin) and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale foundational APIs and backend services powering the platform.
• Tackle bottlenecks, optimize cloud data stores and ensure high-availability multi-tenant reliability.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers across squads.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and GitLab CI.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve engineering velocity and code quality.
