Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development and engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s can substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Active secret or interim clearance.
• Proficiency in object-oriented and scripting languages.
• Experience with DevSecOps, microservices, and containerization.
• Experience with Jira, testing web apps, and backend development.
• 5+ years with Jenkins, GitLab, and DoD DevSecOps toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Air Force software tasks.
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and architectures.
• Design backend architectures to support system capabilities.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Optimize data models and enable secure data integration across levels.
• Document system tests and ensure project standards compliance.
• Collaborate in Agile environments and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Support DevSecOps practices within DoD-compliant toolchains.
