Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Baader Technician III to perform skilled maintenance on Baader filleting and processing machinery across production facilities and vessels. The role includes repairing electrical and mechanical systems, training crews, and ensuring parts availability to maximize yield and safety.

Candidates should have completion of Baader Training I-III, a bachelor’s degree with eight years of experience or equivalent, and proficiency in TIG welding and basic fabrication.

Qualifications

• Baader Tech Training Objectives completed for levels I, II, and III.
• Bachelor's degree plus eight years of related experience or equivalent.
• Baader Certificate or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Baader filtration, trimming, scaling, and mincing machines.
• Repair electrical and mechanical systems on Baader equipment.
• Train machine operating crews in safe, efficient procedures.
• Schedule maintenance, ensure parts inventory, and manage repairs.
• Lead line crew as a team leader and supervise technicians.
• Document maintenance activities and test machine performance.
