HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst in Cary, NC with 8+ years in Security Services, Custody and Asset Servicing, and Investment Banking. You will work with clients directly, guide backlog grooming, and collaborate with Product Owners and operational teams to translate business needs into solid functional specifications.

The role emphasizes delivering business solutions in a complex program environment, with on-site work two days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Services Domain (Must Have).
• Experience developing applications in Custody and Asset Servicing from Corporate Banking (including Settlements and Corporate Actions).
• Background in Investment Banking.
• Functional analyst who has worked with software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Analyze impacts of changes on business processes.
• Design optimal target state processes for Custody/Asset Servicing domains.
• Collaborate with Project Management & Software Engineering to implement solutions.
• Engage with Product Owners & Product Team & Operational Teams to clarify requirements.
