Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented Business Analyst in Banking Domain & Capital Markets. This role focuses on trading lifecycle knowledge, SQL proficiency, and data quality controls, with strong writing and reporting skills.

You will collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and may contribute to functional testing and surveillance activities. Based in Cary, NC, the position requires local candidates and on-site presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Banking/Capital Markets experience.
• Trade lifecycle experience.
• Investment banking background.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Business Analyst with domain knowledge of the trading lifecycle and financial products (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income and Listed Derivatives, etc).
• Data Analyst with excellent SQL skills required.
• Strong knowledge of data quality controls, including validity, completeness, and accuracy, with the ability to perform reconciliations across multiple systems.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and specifications and creating reports.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience performing functional testing.
• Trade surveillance experience strongly preferred.
