Job summary

Our client in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant III to join their team within the Commercial Credit Technology domain. This role leads testing efforts across multiple projects, develops test plans, executes scripts, and tracks defects to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in test leadership and 5–8 years of hands-on testing in banking, with experience in UAT, reporting, and mentoring junior testers.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Test Lead experience in a structured testing environment.
• 5-8 years of manual and automated testing in banking, Cyber Commercial Credit.
• Proficiency with Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium.
• Experience with Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce.
• Strong SDLC knowledge, preferably Agile/Waterfall/Iterative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale testing across projects and systems in the Commercial Credit Technology domain.
• Develop detailed test plans, execute test scripts, and manage defect tracking for quality delivery.
• Facilitate UAT, end-to-end testing, and impact analysis on features and stories.
• Coordinate testing with stakeholders, manage test environments, and produce metrics and reports.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior testers to improve testing processes.
