Guidehouse Inc. seeks a Business/Systems Analyst to support requirements analysis, process definition, and stakeholder engagement for a large-scale GrantSolutions modernization program.

You will elicit, document, and validate business needs, system requirements, workflows, and data exchanges across multiple teams and vendors. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Federal stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable requirements, maintain analysis artifacts, and support

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of SIX (6) to EIGHT (8) years of experience performing business analysis, systems analysis, requirements management, process analysis, technology delivery support, agile delivery support, or related IT modernization work.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.

Mansioni

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, non-functional, data, reporting, workflow, and integration requirements for a large-scale platform modernization program delivered through iterative agile execution.
• Develop current-state and future-state process flows, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, interface requirements, and operational impact analyses to support incremental modernization.
• Support modernization workstreams across the application development lifecycle, including integration-layer delivery, legacy coexistence, testing, deployment, training, and rollout activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, enterprise architects, vendors, and Federal stakeholders to refine backlogs, clarify scope, manage requirements traceability, and support prioritization of incremental capabilities.
• Analyze integration-related needs, including APIs, data exchange patterns, interface dependencies, shared services, system handoffs, and interactions between legacy components and modernized capabilities.
• Maintain analysis artifacts, including requirements documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices, decision logs, interface coordination materials, and stakeholder communications.
