Job summary

QUANTEAM - North America (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking a Business Analyst with FIS/Aligne expertise to support the multi-year migration of the client’s ETRM environment to Orchestrade. You will cover front, middle, and back office processes while existing FIS runs in parallel in several countries.

The role requires at least 5 years of BA experience, hands-on FIS/Aligne knowledge, and a willingness to work in a hybrid setup with 3 days on-site in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with FIS/Aligne (ETRM).
• Experience covering front, middle, and back office.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite in Houston, Texas (Post Oak area).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support FIS/Aligne (ETRM) for the countries still operating on the platform throughout the multi-year migration to Orchestrade
• Provide business analysis support across front, middle, and back office functions
