About The Role

In this role, you will lead, optimize, and scale compelling, trendsetting social media content that drives meaningful audience growth, engagement, and measurable business results. Leveraging your deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, storytelling techniques, and rapidly evolving content trends, you will guide a team of editors and creatives to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and narratives across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. You will manage the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and production workflows to scheduling, publishing, and performance analysis, ensuring that every piece aligns with overarching brand objectives and successfully resonates with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution, management, and monitoring of Crisp’s social media channels.
  • Develop and implement platform-specific strategies, guiding the creation of impactful and engaging content designed to drive engagement and performance metrics.
  • Continuously analyze platform metrics and audience behaviors, adjusting content approaches to maximize growth, engagement, and new business opportunities.
  • Partner directly with dedicated creative resources for the creation of campaigns, content, and assets.
  • Write scripts for short-form social content that employ storytelling, attention-grabbing hooks, relevant and resonating messaging, and clear, focused call-to-actions.
  • Provide structured, effective feedback on scripts, video edits, and overall content quality, working closely with short-form editors and designers to maintain a consistent brand voice, maximize engagement and results.
  • Utilize performance insights to inform data-driven decisions, shaping editorial calendars, identifying emerging content formats, and creating a clear strategic roadmap that aligns social media efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Manage other social editors and contractors as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of related experience in social media/organic social, with a proven track record of driving tangible audience growth.
  • You have a deep understanding of what makes an effective content hook, how to tell compelling stories, and how to tailor these elements for various social channels.
  • You have established success scaling social media accounts, evidenced by provable metrics in follower increases, heightened engagement, and measurable conversions or revenue impacts.
  • You excel at guiding teams, providing clear feedback, and fostering an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • You’re intimately familiar with the tools and workflows behind content production and scheduling, ensuring efficient, on-time delivery without compromising quality.
  • You stay current with platform evolutions, algorithmic changes, and cultural trends, proactively adjusting your content strategy to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • You have a sharp editorial eye and impeccable sense of taste, ensuring that all visual, auditory, and narrative elements align with brand standards and resonate with audiences.
  • Your ability to conduct in-depth platform analyses guides your strategic decisions, ensuring that your content plans are always informed by data and industry insights.
