Job summary

SimpleTiger LLC in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Senior PPC Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, from setup to optimization, driving pipeline and ROAS with data-driven decisions.

You will partner with SEO, content, design, sales, and product teams, communicating performance and recommendations while mentoring junior PPC staff in a remote, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on PPC or paid social campaign experience.
• Experience managing meaningful Google Ads and LinkedIn budgets.
• Strong testing and optimization track record.
• Proficiency with GA, GTM, Looker Studio.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/MA.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive paid media strategies for multiple SaaS clients.
• Independently build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Own campaign setup end-to-end: keyword research, audience strategy, structure, bid strategies, tracking, budgets, creatives.
• Monitor campaigns against core metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, pipeline contrib, ROAS, ROI.
• Develop and manage testing roadmaps for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creative and messaging.
• Lead client-facing reporting and performance discussions; communicate strategy and updates.
