Marketing Manager with B2B focus to develop, execute, and measure integrated campaigns across channels, with a strong emphasis on email. The role partners with product to launch physical and digital products, analyzes program performance, and optimizes ROI while shaping promotional strategy and retention programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience across email and/or other marketing channels (B2B).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven cross-functional marketing program experience from concept to launch.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving and testing to optimize ROI.
• Collaborative with ability to build consensus across teams.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
• Partner with marketing and product to plan cross-channel launches for products.
• Analyze marketing program performance and optimize ROI across channels.
• Stay informed of trends and translate practices into acquisition/retention recommendations.
• Drive email and SMS program strategy, segmentation, lifecycle messaging, and deliverability health.
• Manage agency relationships, workflows, SLAs, quality standards, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaigns in real time and adjust plans to address shortfalls.
• Shape promotional strategy and manage the ongoing promo calendar.
