Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Azure Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate large-scale cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure from a fully remote US setting. You will own the end-to-end cloud engineering lifecycle, including architecture, IaC, automation, security hardening, and cost optimization.

The role requires deep Azure experience, strong DevOps practices, and collaboration with application development, security, and SRE teams to deliver scalable and compliant

Qualifications

• Five+ years of cloud engineering experience, with at least three years on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on with Azure core services: compute, storage, networking, identity, and PaaS.
• Production-level IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience designing and operating AKS clusters at scale.
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, identity management, and compliance.
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability for distributed workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cloud engineering lifecycle on Azure, from architecture to operations.
• Design, deploy, and operate large-scale, secure, and compliant cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with development, security, and SRE teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
• Implement automation, cost optimization, and security hardening.
• Establish observability; monitor, alert, and troubleshoot production workloads.
• Document architectures and operational runbooks.
