Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Azure Platform Engineer (IaC) to design, implement, and operate scalable Azure environments in a highly regulated banking setting. You will drive IaC across Terraform, AKS, and CI/CD pipelines, while partnering with Security and Audit teams to ensure compliance.

The role is on-site in Seal Beach, CA, with strong compensation and profit-sharing benefits, and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• 4+ years hands-on Azure experience with enterprise environments.
• Experience in regulated industries with strong security/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support production-grade Azure environments and landing zones.
• Build and maintain IaC patterns, reusable modules, and deployment automation.
• Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Ensure security, monitoring, and observability across cloud platforms.
