Job summary

Dale WorkForce Solutions in Berwyn, PA seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive large infrastructure programs and M&A integration, including onboarding acquired entities to a unified Azure-based platform.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage MSP/MSSP relationships, translate security and compliance requirements into plans, and deliver governance, budgeting, and risk management with executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management focused on infrastructure and enterprise IT.
• Direct experience supporting M&A integration or multi-entity onboarding in infrastructure and collaboration.
• Experience managing MSPs/MSSPs and third-party resources to execute technical delivery.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams across IT, security, and business units.
• Experience translating technical and compliance requirements into structured plans and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives, engineering teams, and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certification is required, or in renewal process.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs, including secure Azure-based environment.
• Drive M&A integration initiatives to onboard entities into standardized infrastructure.
• Coordinate across IT, business stakeholders, and MSP/MSSP partners.
• Develop onboarding and integration frameworks with standards and templates.
• Create technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and operational procedures.
• Lead testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and governance, manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage program financials, including vendor spend, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
