Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Sr Microsoft Engineer - Azure/Intune for a remote US-based contractor role. You will design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure, manage Intune/Endpoint Manager, and administer Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities include securing environments with Defender/Sentinel, managing AD, VPNs, and identity management, and collaborating with security and engineering teams. On-call and on-site availability as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration and services.
Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
Expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and identity management.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, and security services.
Monitor cloud resources and optimize performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
