Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure administration and services.
• Experience administering Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong networking, security, and identity management knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Azure AD, and security services.
• Monitor resources and optimize performance, availability, and cost.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Administer and support Intune and Endpoint Manager environments.
• Configure and deploy device compliance policies and application deployments.
• Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Ensure endpoint security, patching, and device compliance.
