Job summary

Lumenalta is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support Azure-based data infrastructure, including ADF pipelines and Snowflake ingestion. You will own monitoring, credential management, and vulnerability remediation for a regulated banking client, focusing on infrastructure and operations rather than data transformation.

This fully remote role spans the Americas, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure/operations experience with at least 3 years in Azure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and credentials management.
• Snowflake administration experience in production environments.
• Experience operating Azure storage and file transfer infrastructure (blob storage, SFTP, keys, tokens).
• Proven ability to set up monitoring/alerting for production data pipelines.
• Experience owning vulnerability remediation on servers and data services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Data Factory pipelines, credentials, and triggers.
• Administer Snowflake ingestion components, permissions, and resources.
• Investigate ingestion failures and document root causes and fixes.
• Manage blob storage, SFTP endpoints, keys, SAS tokens, and file arrival monitoring.
• Build and maintain monitoring/alerting for pipelines and DB health.
• Lead vulnerability remediation from findings to closure on data services.
