CREA, LLC is seeking an AVP/Senior Azure DevOps Developer with 7+ years of experience to lead Azure engineering, DevSecOps, and full-stack development efforts. The role combines cloud operations, infrastructure automation, and Microsoft 365 integrations to modernize applications and improve reliability.

The candidate will design and operate secure Azure environments, implement CI/CD pipelines, and mentor teams within an Agile delivery model while upholding security and compliance standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience across software development, Azure cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform operations.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting production workloads in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong development experience with Angular and TypeScript, together with PHP and Laravel.
• Experience creating and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and source-control workflows.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Azure Bicep, or an equivalent technology.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating applications with identity and enterprise platforms.

Aufgaben

• Azure Cloud Engineering & Operations: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain secure, scalable Azure environments.
• DevOps, CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions; automate provisioning with Terraform/Azure Bicep.
• Full-Stack Application Development: Develop and support backend services using PHP and Laravel; create secure REST APIs and integrations.
• Microsoft 365 Add-ins & Integrations: Develop and support Office Add-ins; integrate with Microsoft 365 and Graph API.
• Data, Database & Integration: Develop and optimize with SQL Server, Azure SQL; ensure data quality and secure connectivity.
• Security, Compliance & Reliability: Apply secure coding, least privilege, secrets management, and incident response.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Provide hands-on leadership, code reviews, and architecture guidance within Agile delivery.
