Job summary

VyStar is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Automation DevOps Engineer to design and build CI/CD pipelines in Azure, integrate security and testing gates, and automate deployment and monitoring at scale.

You will implement IaC with ARM, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet, while scripting with Azure CLI and PowerShell to accelerate delivery. Collaboration with development and QA teams will be essential for reliable, secure releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years IT experience in related areas such as application programming, IT operations or systems administration.
5+ years DevOps experience; proficient in building CI/CD pipelines in MS Azure.
Experience with containerization and infrastructure as code.
Experience scripting with Azure CLI and PowerShell.
Familiarity with security scanning tools and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in MS Azure using Azure ADO Pipelines and Pipeline as code.
Integrate CI/CD pipelines with test automation tools for quality stage gates.
Ensure application security by integrating DevSecOps practices (static analysis, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, config management).
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Azure ARM, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
Develop scripts/tools to automate deployments using Azure CLI, PowerShell, and other languages.
Collaborate with developers/testers to ensure successful deployment of applications and optimize pipelines.
Monitor and troubleshoot DevOps infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability; respond to incidents.
