Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to transform a large Azure environment into a governed, IaC platform. You will build reusable Terraform modules, automate deployments via GitHub Actions, and contribute to modernization of cloud services.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Azure platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on Terraform module development, state management, and reusable patterns.
• Experience using GitHub Actions for infrastructure automation.
• Strong Azure networking knowledge (hybrid connectivity, VNets, DNS, private endpoints).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing Azure estate and gather technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify unused resources, waste, and decommissioning opportunities.
• Contribute to target architecture and Azure subscription strategy.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules for landing zones, networking, and identity.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using GitHub Actions.
• Deploy and validate foundational Azure platform components.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies while contributing production-quality infrastructure code.
• Follow established coding standards, naming conventions, and contribution guidelines.
