Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Alpharetta/Oakland. The role focuses on building scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and enhancing observability across cloud-native environments.

You will drive containerized workload management on AKS, integrate Maven Java builds, and enforce DevSecOps practices with Datadog monitoring and robust API management using APIM. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong YAML scripting for GitHub Actions and cloud configurations.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC).
• Deep understanding of AKS and container orchestration.
• Experience with Docker and Podman for container images.
• Experience integrating Maven-based Java builds into CI/CD.
• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM).
• Proven Datadog monitoring, logging and observability experience.
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Bicep, and YAML templates.
• Strong scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with YAML scripting.
• Integrate Java Maven builds into CI/CD workflows with artifact versioning.
• Administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud environments, governance and access controls.
• Deploy and manage containerized apps on AKS using Helm charts and manifests.
• Build and troubleshoot container images with Docker and Podman.
• Configure and manage Azure API Management for API lifecycle management.
• Implement Datadog instrumentation for monitoring, tracing and logs.
• Create Datadog dashboards, alerts and monitors for system health.
• Integrate Datadog with CI/CD and Kubernetes clusters for observability.
• Collaborate with development and security teams on DevSecOps practices.
• Automate operational tasks and improve reliability with scripting.
