Job summary

Tieto in the United States is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep experience in CI/CD, Azure, Kubernetes, and release automation to streamline our .NET deployments on AKS. This hands-on, in-office role collaborates with development teams to design and manage pipelines, automate testing, and accelerate secure software releases across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or release engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Strong Kubernetes and AKS knowledge.
• Experience with trunk-based development and feature flags.
• Security scanning and secure secrets handling in CI/CD.
• Infrastructure as Code with Bicep/Terraform/ARM.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET apps on AKS.
• Implement trunk-based development, automated testing, versioning, releases.
• Manage releases to AKS with blue-green, canary, progressive deployments; automated rollback.
• Reduce build times, improve pipeline reliability, minimize flaky tests.
• Manage Docker images and Azure Container Registry, including security.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Bicep, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize.
• Integrate security scanning and dependency checks into CI/CD.
• Manage credentials using Azure Key Vault and managed identities.
• Monitor deployment performance and DORA metrics with Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and guide delivery.
• Participate in on-call support and post-incident reviews.
