Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, with 5+ years in Azure environments
• Expertise in Azure infrastructure, networking, and security (VNets, Front Door, WAF, Firewalls, VPN, DNS, AD, App Service, Container Apps, Function Apps, Event Hub, Defender, Sentinel)
• Preferred experience with Azure AD B2C and security best practices
• Strong experience with Terraform (IaC), CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines, security testing
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM), especially Datadog
• Familiarity with network architecture and cloud security principles
• Database administration experience with Azure SQL Server
• Experience with disaster recovery, incident management, high availability
• Understanding of DevSecOps, security compliance, RBAC, vulnerability management
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub
• Experience with FinOps and cost monitoring
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Azure and/or Security certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and identity management
• Ensure high availability and rapid incident response for customer-facing systems
• Maintain and enhance Azure Pipelines for CI/CD workflows
• Implement and manage Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Own the Datadog APM ecosystem for monitoring and alerting
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and threat mitigation
• Monitor Azure costs and optimize expenses (FinOps)
• Administer Azure AD B2C for secure authentication
• Develop incident response and disaster recovery strategies
• Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams, document best practices
