Job summary

Academy Bank is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions, focusing on Azure integration with existing systems and migrating on‑prem workloads to the cloud.

The role requires updating knowledge on Azure services, establishing governance for cloud resources, and ensuring security, availability, and disaster recovery. This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership position with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, or engineering preferred.
• 7 years of equivalent work experience in technical operations (networking, virtualization, identity, security, BC/DR, data platforms, governance).
• Ability to obtain AZ-104 and AZ-305 within 6 months of joining.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design cloud infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements and technical specs.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation with diagrams, models, and blueprints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and guide Azure solutions.
