Job summary

Lantern seeks a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to evolve our Azure-based infrastructure with scalability, automation, and regulatory compliance at the core. You will architect, implement, and operate a secure, multi-region platform enabling healthcare solutions.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX; on-call one week per month. Join a team driving enterprise-grade cloud platforms across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cloud infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Azure; AWS/GCP considered a plus.
• Experience designing and managing Azure-based infrastructure at scale.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Azure cloud infra.
• Collaborate with security, product, and compliance teams to meet HIPAA and SOC2.
• Develop IaC with Terraform to automate provisioning.
• Maintain monitoring, incident response, and cost optimization.
