Job summary

LucyRx is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and AKS-based applications. You will automate provisioning, implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency across environments.

You will collaborate with teams to maintain infrastructure documentation and enforce security policies (HIPAA, SOC 2) while mentoring others in cloud best practices and modern DevOps techniques.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and supporting Azure-cloud environments.
• Hands-on IaC and cloud automation experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes with AKS or similar.
• CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or similar.
• Cloud security and identity management experience.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Build scalable cloud architectures including networking and security.
• Design and support AKS environments for containerized apps.
• Deploy apps on AKS with CI/CD pipelines and manifests.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot cloud resources.
• Perform root cause analysis for infra and apps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Automate provisioning and configuration tasks.
• Support hybrid and cross-cloud connectivity (VPN, firewall).
• Administer Windows and Linux VMs.
• Manage Entra ID/Azure AD access controls.
• Maintain Active Directory and M365 environments.
• Ensure cloud security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Monitor system performance for reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Develop infrastr documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and deployment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on cloud/DevOps practices.
• Stay current with cloud technologies and security trends.
