Job summary

TrueTandem, LLC seeks a Senior Azure Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain enterprise-scale Azure platforms with a focus on automation and security. You’ll work with Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, and policy-driven governance to support critical mission workloads.

The role is hybrid with 1 day on site in the Bethesda/Tysons area and 4 days remote, collaborating with architects, developers, and cybersecurity professionals to deliver resilient cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Tier II Azure environments or 3+ years Tier III enterprise Azure cloud infra.
• Experience designing, implementing, and sustaining Azure landing zones per CAF and best practices.
• Deep expertise in Azure governance, policy, RBAC, Key Vault, storage, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and sustain IaC solutions using Terraform for secure Azure infra.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for provisioning and deployments.
• Architect and operate Azure services aligned with CAF, Well-Architected, and standards.
• Manage Azure governance: Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Policies, RBAC.
• Configure Azure Key Vault for secrets, certificates, and credentials.
• Design, deploy, and support Azure storage, backup, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain enterprise networking: VNets, Virtual WAN, NSGs, private connectivity, DNS.
• Implement monitoring with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights and alerts.
