Job summary

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) seeks a Senior Cloud Architect to design and implement Azure-based cloud analytics for a federal client. The role covers landing zones, storage, networking, disaster recovery, identity integration, and ongoing optimization.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years designing enterprise cloud environments and hands-on Azure experience, including security and identity solutions, to deliver secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for the FTC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years designing enterprise cloud environments.
• Experience supporting Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with identity, networking, and security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain: Azure landing zones, Resource groups, Networking environments, Security controls
• Deploy and support: Compute services, Storage services, Backup solutions, Disaster recovery capabilities
• Integrate Azure services with: Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, FTC security tools
• Support: Storage optimization, Cost optimization, Scalability planning, Resiliency improvements
