Job summary

IHMC in Pensacola, FL seeks a Senior Azure Systems Administrator for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage and secure Azure cloud environments, integrate services with AD/AD‑A, and support Office 365 and on-prem infrastructure within a hands-on team.

The role requires 5+ years Azure experience, relevant degrees or certifications, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed. This is a US-authorized position in Pensacola.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 7+ years equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting applications and functions in the Azure Cloud.
• Cloud certifications such as MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or CCNA Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and monitor Azure cloud environments for performance and security.
• Automate scaling, capacity planning, and governance in Azure.
• Ensure federated access across AD and Azure AD and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement new environments in Azure and integrate components with processes.
• Provide hands-on Azure, Office 365, and on-premises Active Directory support.
• Occasionally work night/weekend hours as required.
• Work with teams to deliver reliable cloud infrastructure.
